Get answers to common questions about our notary services
A notary public is an official appointed by the state to serve as an
impartial witness in the signing of important documents. Notaries
verify the identity of signers, ensure they are signing willingly, and
certify the authenticity of signatures on legal documents.
We can notarize a wide variety of documents including affidavits,
powers of attorney, deeds, trusts, wills, real estate documents,
business agreements, medical documents, and many more legal documents.
If you're unsure whether your document needs notarization, feel free
to contact us!
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Standard notarization fees
are set by Utah state law. Mobile service fees vary based on location
and time requirements. Contact us for a specific quote based on your
needs. We'll always provide clear pricing upfront with no hidden fees.
You'll need to bring: 1) The document(s) to be notarized (do NOT sign
them beforehand), 2) Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's
license, passport, state ID, or military ID), and 3) Any other parties
who need to sign the document. Make sure you understand the contents
of the document before signing.

Yes! All of our notaries are fully licensed by the state of Utah,
bonded, and insured. We maintain the highest professional standards
and stay current with all state regulations and requirements for
notary services.
No! Do NOT sign the document before we arrive. The notary must witness
you signing the document. If you sign beforehand, we won't be able to
notarize it and you'll need to obtain a new unsigned copy of the
document.
We accept current, valid government-issued photo identification
including driver's licenses, state ID cards, U.S. passports, and
military IDs. The ID must not be expired and must clearly show your
photograph, signature, and physical description. Foreign passports may
be acceptable in some cases.
