To ensure a smooth and efficient notarization, please have the following ready:
Government-issued identification such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID card. Must be current and not expired.
Every person who needs to sign the document must be physically present at the time of notarization. No exceptions.
Do not sign your documents ahead of time unless specifically instructed. Signing must occur in the notary's presence.
Some documents require witnesses. Check your document requirements and arrange for witnesses if applicable.
If any of these requirements are not met, we may be unable to proceed with the notarization. Please prepare accordingly to avoid delays or rescheduling.
